Shifting Connection Hassle

I have asked to shift my internet connection on 17th of July. After few days I got a call from their customer care that they provide the service in the new area and told me to submit the shifting form along with a rental agreement and they will enable the connection in next 2 days. I have submitted all the documents by 28th of July and was waiting for their call. On not getting any communication from them I tried their customer care. The executive told me that it may take next 15 DAYS to enable the new connection!! I was totally disappointed as I was told that it will only take 2 days to install. I wrote a mail that we customers are not fools who will wait so long for your damn thing to get installed and will simply switch to some other service provider.

In few hours I got a call from their manager that by 30th they will install the connection so I held my nerves. Now its already 1st of August and nobody showed up. No Communication NO Updates Nothing !!!! On following up myself the dumb customer executives don’t answer anything and just say it will take time. They have no answer for delay whatsoever!!!

This is too much!! I am exhausted of trying to reach them for getting an answer or update… I have spent all my mobile bills calling them, paid numerous charges for using cellular data on my phone. I feel helpless without a proper internet as I cannot work from home and have to stay till late hours at office. I feel cheated and devastated!!! I am mentally traumatized by the torture I have received from them in last few weeks!!!!!!!!!!
