Delhi Jal Board – Inflated Bills

K No: 9937450820, Address: NRI Complex, GK-IV.

I have been regularly paying water bills till 2011, and then no bill came for 3 years. Suddenly, bill has come for 3 years (~Rs 13k) and that too THREE times more than what it was coming earlier. I raised the grievance on DJB website twice but no response – id 1317967429 and 3242532702. Further the bill has no meter reading and it is all so random. When I spoke with DJB person reply was it happens like this in DJB.

Not sure how to resolve. In the meanwhile, I can see online that the bill amount is going up as interest and others charges are being added. This is ridiculous.
