Its regarding shipment no. 100120690 purchased from craftsvilla.com . I have raised an issue regarding color issue , quality issue and inadequate length of the bag’s strap. The request of return hasn’t been taken by them on the excuse that they can only replace or refund defective items, quality issue is not covered under their return policy. First of all they sell without quality check. And when the customers are not satisfied, they don’t take the return requests. I need serious help and actions to be taken against craftsvilla.com .
