Hello admin,
i am ankita shrivastava having pospaiid connection of reliance company and now i am completely dissappinted with there services,i live in delhi ncr region and my mobile have been lost so that i have gone to reliance store for registration of new sim for the same number of my postpaid connection,i submitted my fir copy,address proof id proof and they told me they have no new sim available at their store right now so that i should wait for 2-3 days,after one week i have gone there again they told me the same,and then i again waited for 3 weeks,then their executive told me they have no sim card to issue me for same number then he gave me a new connection with new number,i again submitted all of their connection submission policies,then after 1 week they stopped my incoming and outgoing of new number without any intimation,now i am waiting from 5 days,and there custmer care executive not responding and not taking it seriously,what should i do i have only one number,my mobile number which has been stopped by them is 8467880557. please take my complaint urgently and give me solution.
