Builder Chanchaldas & Sons and a.b.k international have cheated me by not returning my flat booking amount. they have given false promises to me and took Rs 500000/- as booking amount from me. Even after 2 years they have not started construction and now when i asked them to return the money they do not respond to my phone and sms. They say they dont have money. When I said i am going to file case against them in court, they said you can go and file case as if they are not bothered and have no fear of police and law.
Please be away from these fraud builders. They operate from Chembur and navimumbai.
