This is again bring to your notice tha even after stopped collection followup for my loan account from BAJAJFINSERV LENDING AGENCY as per your confirmation still the same person- BAJAAJFINSERV COLLECTION EXECUTIVE NAME MR.YADAV, CONTACT NUMBER- 9320747072 is again & again calling of threatened & harassment. Please note the above mentioned number & person name from which I received call even on Today 30/07/2014 09:46AM which clearly indicate that what kind of action has been taken by you at the level of Customer-care Experience Head, I am not understanding the fact after a official complaint lodged by me how can the organization have the same same guy call me. This is completely unacceptable!!!!
As I mentioned in my mail that I will pay the due amount(2nd EMI) on mentioned date before this months end. Then why this executive is harassing to us?

This is to let you know today again same COLLECTION EXECUTIVE NAME MR.YADAV, CONTACT NUMBER- 9320747072 caled me up. I am not understanding the fact after a official complaint lodged by me how can the organization have the same same guy call me. This is completely unacceptable. I have lodged a formal complaint with the Consumer Court doing the needful and also I am going to escalate it to the Upper management of all consumer right organisation and I will go to any extent to get justice for the behaviour committed against me. This was extremely reckeless and unacceptable on behalf of Bajaj Finserv Lending Collection Department that after a complaint the same guys call me and harass me rather than anybody else trying to sort out the issue. if you are encouraging the act I am afraid to say that I will escalate it further to get justice. Till I get a proper answer and justification(which I think is not possible for the act committed) I will fight and escalate to whichever extent possible. I will not tolerate such mental Harrasment…

I have already escalated this issue to [email protected] & [email protected] but even after 2 working days None of the bother to reply or even called me even i put your customer care head in loop, such kind of WORSE CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE NEVER OBSERVED..
This is newly bring to your notice that even after raise this complaint against the executive still he is continuously harassing by phone call Number- 9664370105(this is the new number of bajajfinserv collection Gunda- Goregaon branch) to family member(To my brother on – 9594668302) he called continuously on his number wherein he have my cell number(9594128834) which is register in your system, today he again visited to home when only lady person- my mother at home & start doing drama that the last payment which I have made on dated 22/07/2014 not updated in system, pls find attachment of receipt.
As I mentioned in my previous mail that I have already made payment of 1 EMI & will pay the due amount on mentioned date. Then why this executive is harassing to my family Members?
I have recorded all these calls of harassment even on today call recording my mother clearly said that she going through mental harassment which lead to medical treatment.
Now I have decide to send written complaint under consumer court for harassment by BAJAAJFINSERV COLLECTION EXECUTIVE NAME MR.YADAV, CONTACT NUMBER- 9320747072 & 9664370105.
Hope getting reply this time with an action…
