Problem not solved from ebay

I have purchased a Mobile phone from ebay. Detail as below-
Mobile phone – Sony xperia M Dual White
Item id – 151313308124
Order id – 151313308124-1093424113005
Seller-Ezeekart Retail
PaisaPay id – 36449128512
I have recieved the mobile phone, but i not received the free item which of cost around Rs.1400/- (sponsered by sony, mobile anufacturer, detail pasted on mobile box).
Then I had claimed to ebay (Gurantee claim id – 525219)
I have approached ebay and its seller for this and then after several discussion, they agreed to give me the Rs. 500 coupon a compensation ands resolution of the problem. (On Date – 18.06.2014)
But still the coupon is not given/mailed to me. approached several times and by mail and phone complain. but issue not resolved.
