Reliance Comunication

As i am having lot of problem Against Reliance Service, i am getting such a worst support from end.
First problem :- is while getting convert form prepaid to postpaid i have paid you 300 Rs Deposit & i was informed that from 4th to 6th bill 100 rs will waver its not happened and call-up customer care i got some rubbish answer, so i decided to switch form reliance.

Second problem :- is i went your nearby R world stores in Old panvel, Navi Mumbai one of them is not working & other which was working is not ready to take my documents & again i got some rubbish answer from them.

Third problem :- is Today my number is not working since morning so i tried to call from same number to Customer care but it was not working, so i tried to call you guys from Reliance prepaid and ask them to resolve my issue they told please call *222 or 198, also tried same number from Prepaid one but it was not working so again called up R care and ask them to transfer call to postpaid Team i got answer it cannot We cant.

i got such a Ridiculous support from you guys, i want my number to be get on Within few hour or Will a log a fraud case against your company.
