totally unexpected services

Hi!! This is my 3rd phone with Karbonn and as usual it seems I again wasted my money in buying your company’s phone. My second phone a9+ did not work even after roaming around to your service center a couple of time.. Recently again I took the dare of buying a new phone and that too expensive one thinking that this time no problem would appear as it is pretty expensive one comparatively to the previous phones with good configuration but same thing happened and now it is lying with your service center again..I am about to file a complaint soon in consumer court as it has not only wasted my money a couple of times but also the time, dissatisfaction and trauma it has given to me in past few months..
