Its been 5 days now and my complaint made to Tata Sky helpdesk on call as well as mails has fallen on a deaf ear and a blind eye!! If me or any of my family members calls them up, they either misbehave as if they have done us a favor by giving the connection or keep beating around the bush trying to waste our phone bill on their over expensive calls. All this for a small and common problem for the tata sky box not loading any channels on the box.
When mailed on the help email id provided by their site, we received a call saying that the customer care executive will attend but no one turned up again. We are now tired of trying and even the recharge balance of the connection is getting exhausted for just nothing.
Really disappointed by the service of one of the leading DTH service provider company!! Customer Care fails to keep its name!!
