against death claim amount not get last one year

Sir,

this is to inform you that my sister Mrs. Chaitali Choudhury (Banerjee) was married 3 year ago. but last one year my sister husband was death in a accident & my sister was nominee of her husband insurance policy but last one year we are trying many more times to get claim amount but we did not get this & facing lots of problems. we are submit to agent policy original papers and other related docs but no more any positive response from his side . sir i my sister and my parents really facing big problem too much suffer from this period, so please take necessary action against this complain because this time we are not get any other way to proceed, policy holder name and related other details are given below.
