Airtel is just pathetic, its absolute bullshit, a customer care executive is the face of the company, they represent the company and as per the training they should be patient and polite to the customers, I actually Pity Airtel that they have hired such ridiculous people in their company.its a absolute shame.

A executive naming SARITA ( a illiterate lady) from Gurman industries (airtel collection centre)
Was sent me a mail regarding waiver of bill ,but when I confirm from customer care and also airtel store (ref no. 1545386858 dated 23/07/2014 shamsudin) they deny for waiver.
SARITA CALL ME AGAIN WITH (after my call to customer care) THREATING ME TO PAY THE BILL WITH ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND ALSO CALL MY RELATIVE WITH abUsive LANGUAGE.
I am warning you to write a apology and give, i know consumer rites and according to that i can file a case against your executive along with collection centre and with companywho had been continuously abusing me also my sister in law. Airtel was anyways not very satisfactory in its services and with such gesture you have shown the class of your company. i want a strict action against your executive. kindly note the number i have been receiving calls from, 011-41061630.
hope you understand in maintaining the standard of your company. I will file a police complaint against your executive for harassing and abusing my family members.you have no rights to threaten your customers.
