I had purchased two products from Yebhi.com on 23rd and 26th June worth 1229 and order number is YBH5667549 & YBH5660844. I returned products as one seemed to be used one not like new and other was different and was not like advertised in their website. After return, i have sent emails requesting NEFT transfer along with details on 10th July, 11th July ,14th July and 16th July for which i got no response. I had personally called on 14th and 15th July and informed to customer care executive , she told in her blunt english that they did not receive any email from my end and i shall sent NEFt details. I was amused to know that and forwarded mail again and till date i did not get any such update from them. Its really irritating experience to shop from Yebhi.com. First of all their website product image vary from actual one and they shall do prior check before shipping to customer and have some executives who have good command over langauage and with consumer speaking skills. For not fault of mine, due to their poor service i had to waste my time and caused mental agony. I want refund of money along with compensation for their irresponsibility and caused mental agony else i would be approaching consumer redressal forum.
