kelvinator fridge bad service agencies

i am sending the complain nos below.
Following numbers are the complain id for kelvinator fridge single door 190 ltrs. Model no kwl-2055.

1) complain id no- kol-2205140254 dated 22/05/2014

2) complain id no- kol-2306140185 dated 23/06/2014

3) complain id no- kol-2506140181 dated 25/06/2014

4) complain id no- kol-2706140180 dated 27/06/2014

5) complain id no- kol-2806140267 dated 28/06/2014

each times we make a complain through to your customer care ph no and after certain time ( 24 to 48 hrs) without any reason somehow you are cancelling it without of my concern. but which reason every time you are cancelling my complains, till i don’t know.

complain id no- kol-2806140267 dated 28/06/2014 and without of any reason you are cancelled my complain dated 7/7/2014.

Now we are still suffering the problem.
So please do what is necessary, now I’m complaining to you, to solve our problems.
Please take all essential steps to solve one of your customer.
