Cheated by Country Vacation in chennai by doing all false promise

Please try to contact again. I just want to ask you , whether did you guys contact Chennai countryvacation department regarding my complaints before writing your so called explanation??
Whatever you mentioned in previous mail , none of the facts were told to me during selling the membership , but the facts were twisted and presented with wrong facts and false promises.
During selling the membership , Mr Sudheer and his team told to me that they will sell/rent membership and return my money on the next day itself if i don’t like and want to sell membership. And Now you are telling me that i have to use my contacts to sell. So you are asking me to do the same fraud to my contacts/friends to sell membership which countryclub and team has done to me ?? Why will i sell if i am satisfy with your membership. Its really unbelievable that you just asked me to do the same fraud with some one else which you are doing.. ๐ ๐ Really disappointing .
At-least have some courtesy to inquire with chennai sales team about this matter and find out whether they presented the wrong facts to me or not which i claimed in my previous mail.
So i am telling once again that as i have been trapped and cheated by false promises. So its your responsibility to escalate my grievance to your higher management and return my hard earned money or else i will keep trying with my best possible ways.

Hi Sudheer & countryvacation,
I am very disappointed and feels cheated whatever you guys have done with us by providing the membership by doing all false promises and took my hard earned money(80,000 rs) by cheating. While i took membership you told me the below thing , unfortunately none of the below is true , as i recently used holiday in Kodaikanal.
You made the below promises :
1) First year of membership,I don’t need to pay single penny but while booked i have been charged 1400Rs(2Day) by calling it as Utility charges. I checked on internet and found that cost of your room in kodaikanal is approx 1200 rs per day so by taking 80,000 rs from me you are giving me discount for 500 rs. (Fraud).
2) When i will book the holiday, There will be a arrangement for pickup and sightseeing with free of cost. But this was also chargeable with high value of cost. And actually i spent around 3500 rs from my pocket for pick up and sightseeing in kodaikanal.
3) There will be a 20% discount for breakfast/ lunch/dinner taken at hotel but in hotel they refused by saying that there is no such discount available. So i didn’t take in your hotel. I just took breakfast by getting no discount.
4) While i took the membership , i have been told that this vacation membership is valid for 30 years just need to renew after 5 years by paying the document charges but i inquired at your customer care and they denied and told me that fee is around 25000.
5) You told me that if i am not satisfy with the membership, country-vacation site will help me to rent and sell the membership to another person. This is the last thing i need to check whether you can sell me membership and refund my hard earned money by charging some penalty.
I dint receive any facility which has been promised at the time of giving membership.
And Sudheer , recently i met you in phoenix mall and complained about above false promises and you asked me to sent the mail to you and you will help me to sell the membership.
Kindly sell my membership and return my hard earned money as soon as possible. At least fulfill your this promise.
