delivering the wrong product

I have purchase telephone instrument from Snapdeal vide order ID: 2342107373 Order Placed on : 2014-06-29, for B15 Landline Phone,

But the company have delivery the wrong product of Model B11 intead of B15,

I immediately written the company to take back the wrong product and deliver the right product,

In-spite of my repeated reminders, company not taking back the product, and delivering the right product purchase by me,

Kindly Help
