Investors Guide Infra real Pvt. – All Directors and Employees are Fraud and Cheater

Hi All,

I have tried to sold the property through Investors Guide Infra real Pvt. Ltd but they are all fraud and do fake commitment. When i deal with builder through Investors Guide Infra real then they told me “we will give you best builder and deal will genuinely”. Also deal will depend on the loan process but when i got the cancellation of loan from bank then they said we will take the commission and then deal will cancel and refund money otherwise your money will not refund.

Also when i discussed with their director then he told SAME ABOVE WORDS. so “All Directors and Employees are Fraud and Scam. Fake commitment for sell flats”

Be aware from this company and their employees.

    I did a deal with investerguide infrareal and did fake commitment. Amrik don’t know how to deal with client.. I will never recommend this dealer.

    I had purchased a flat in Nyay Khand – Ist Indirapuram when it initial under construction mode. Mr. Arun saini saw some other builders flat and told me this builder/contractor will also work on your flat and finishing you see will you feel in your flat but now days i am living my flat but my roof is leakage and all rain water drop in my bedroom, any window or doors are not close properly, almost tiles are broken, walls are also broken almost place. My Car was stolen past 4 month from my flay but I did not have to main gate. They also cheat to Government also… During flat registry time Builder Mr. Deepak Tyagi take Rs.103000 by cheque for Service Tax amount but they are not pay to Service Tax department and not provide me service tax receipt. All flats owners are trying to contact to Builder mobile but they not pick phone. Mr. Amrik Singh (Managing Director) Investor Guide Infrareal Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Deepak Tyagi made a strategy to blame each other and never meet. I request you to all of you for be careful of these fraud Mr. Amrik Singh Investor Guide Infrareal Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Deepak Tyagi Builder in Indirapuram and tell to other for beware to not believe on these frauds. I am very hopeless, please help me and all flat owners.
