I purchased xolo Q1000S on 15 April 2014. After using merely for 40 days, phone stopped functioning & became dead. Afterwards I went to service center to inquire about problem on 31 May 2014. Service center guy told that I’ll get my phone back within 15 days.It’s almost 2 months & still I did not receive any status on this.
This kind of service is provided by XOLO , where customer’s get a defective piece & then there ll not be any response from service center or XOLO.
Even though calling number of times to customer care & xolo service centre , every time I get a response that “Phone is under repair” & you can collect it in weekend which never happens.
I’m frustrated with XOLO guys now & as they are not ready to refund my 13K amount for the phone.Service center where i have given my dead handset is :
