Sir/madam,
I am using a Tata photon+ dongle from last 4 months with plan of ₹750/- in which company provides 2 gb data with 3.1mbps speed but from the billing date upto next billing date the speed of data browsing is less then 40kbps. And now the condition is this much critical that even dongle is not getting connected with laptop. I paid my bill of July month on 10th an then also the condition is same. After that I register q complaint on 11th of July and set a prefrable time of after 9pm but in first intraction the executive didnt told me that the department will get close after 9pm. Then they called me in morning at 11 but my number was going switchesld of bcz m in office. To be continue..
