I am filling the online complaint after getting frustrated and having a pathetic service experience from Lenkart, which claims to be a customer oriented organization. Frankly speaking, I have used so many e-commerce vendors and experienced few cracks as well. However, the experience with Lenskart was the worst and shaky. The company has no ethics and customer response.
I purchased a polarized power sunglasses from the Lenskart in March, 2014 and received an incorrect order. After that the Lenskart team visited my place for reverse pick-up and for a fresh order. I ordered two new eyeglasses and team promised me to deliver the same asap. However, the result was the same as expected, incorrect order and poor customer service. Then, I again coordinated with the Lenskart team for clarification and they again organized the reverse pick-up and delivered the incorrect order again.
Even more, whenever I ask for my refund they teach me their protocols. They have no data management and integration system. Even after the reverse pick-up, I am receiving the reverse pick-up sms from BlueDart and the Lenskart team is saying they are not responsible for this as Bluedart is a third party vendor.
Truly speaking, Lenskart’s customer service is pathetic with zero customer responsiveness. Please register my complaint and take a serious action against the company. I need my refund back as soon as possible with legitimate action on the company.
