Hi Please have the pleasure to read this because I had a terrible pain while writing this. Ordered a cellphone online on 5.07.14. Order Dispatched on 7.07.14 via First Flight (Consignment No. F99100159525) and still I am unable to track my order. Had a word with your Customer Care executives, had 3 complaints, still no progress on the confirmation of my order. I am not able to understand what kind of policies you make when you are not sure of your deliveries. I read some of the posts here, Pathetic is the word that suits you. A want a reply. Not a sorry. Just to make sure you care enough for your Brand which is not going to stand if the same inconvenience is repeated to each and every customer
