Worst customer centric, Customer care Executives not responding well nearly they made me to travel some 8 authorised shops in chennai to change my postpaid to prepaid and at last i didnt got Customer Application Form. Wherever i go o just got irritated that because every customer care representative is telling that they are not responsible and they dont know anything. They are the part of the organisation they are taking salary from the company and they itself giving bad reviews about the organisation.. I just tried to get customer care on phone but it was busy and they put me in hold for a long time. Really fed up with Tata Teleservices Going to change my num to Airtel … Even BSNL has good customer /centric…..
