Dear Concern,
I have purchased a canvas mobile model no.A114 on 13th Feb 2014. Now, this phone have some technical problem. I have submitted this phone to your Ganesh Nagar(New Delhi) service center(M/s Rapid Communications) on 11th June . They said there is a software problem and we will give your phone tomorrow. When i reached at service center for delivery there is electricity problem. They gave my phone and said that your phone is ok. I said please check in front of me, they said there is electricity problem we can’t check because battery is low. When i charged my phone in my office the problem remains same. Still my phone was not working. Then i went there office next day on 13th. On 13th service center is closed and they tag a notice board that due to electricity problem service center will open on 17th June.
Then i will go to uttam nagar service center(M/s Shri Laxmi Enterprises). The engineer said that the seal has broken we can’t cover this in warranty, we will repair this without warranty. I said please tell me the estimate amount. They called me in the evening and said there is a problem in your phone’s mother board and estimate amount is 4200/-. I said please don’t repair this. I have re-submitted my mobile at 17/06/2014 with Job sheet no.N030684061410264741. They said it will take 20-25 days more and th customer service executive also said it will take 20 working days. Still i have not received my phone. Please help me out from this situation.
