Airtel received my documents and charges but did not submitted

Myself Shuvajit Saha residing at 51/3, Kshetra Mohan Naskar Road, P. O. + P. S. Regent Park, Kolkata – 700040, West Bengal, I have a Airtel Prepaid Sim Card, bearing no. 9903355301, I have decided to change my plan from prepaid to Rs. 199/= Rental (Postpaid) with the benefit of free whole life talk time with another Airtel no. On 08/07/2014 a Airtel Executive came to my place. I have submitted required document (Photo copy of my Voter ID, one color passport photo) and Rs. 300/= as a service charge. But my connection did not activated yet. Money Receipt no. is 11106, and the mobile no. of the executive is 9903758710. For this circumstances I have talked to Airtel customer care, but they told me that my documents did not submitted at their office by the executive till date. I have the original money receipt.
