ON 27.02.2014, I’VE PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET OF MICROMAX (SMARTPHONE MODEL NO: MICROMAX CANVAS DUET EG111 & IMEI NO: 9199029000091D & SERIAL NO: 911326450023335) FROM FLIPKART.COM BY MAKING THE FULL PAYMENT OF 15790.00, AS THE PRICE OF THE MOBILE HANDSET. ON APRIL’14 I STARTED 1ST USING THE PHONE (PROOF OF WHICH IS WITH COMPANY ‘MICROMAX’, AS AT THE TIME OF 1ST USING, A ONLINE REGISTRATION OCCURS WITH THE IMEI OF HANDSET AND THE MOBILE NUMBER), I FOUND ‘PLAY STORE’ WAS NOT WORKING, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES OF A SMARTPHONE!AS WELL AS THE MOBILE HANDSET WAS GETTING TERRIBLY HOT WITHIN A FEW MINUTES! THEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE OF MICROMAX AND THEY INITIALLY GUIDED ME TO RESET THE FACTORY DATA OF THE PHONE, AND WHEN I DID ACCORDINGLY, THE ENTIRE DATA OF MY PHONE MEMORY GONE DELETED, BUT PROBLEMS NOT SOLVED, THEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO CONNECT WITH 3G CONNECTION, THEN ALSO PROBLEMS NOT SOLVED, THEN THE THIRD CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SUGGESTED ME TO STEP-IN TO MICROMAX AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER AND I WENT TO M/S SUN INFO SOLUTIONS ON 22.04.2014 AND THEY KEPT THE SET FOR DETAIL RECTIFICATION, AND TILL DATE THEY’VE NEITHER RETURNED ME THE HANDSET NOR REPLACED ME THE SAME, WHICH THEY CONFIRMED TO REPLACE ON A MONTH BACK. I CALLED MICROMAX CARE FOR LODGING COMPLAINT ON 06.05.2014 AND RECEIVED A COMPLAINT NO: MMX0605142827, BUT THEY ARE ALSO NOT TAKING CARE OF MY NOTORIOUS PROBLEMS! NOW PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS AT THE EARLIEST SO THAT I CAN GET EITHER THE ENTIRE MONEY OF THE MOBILE PHONE OR A ERROR FREE NEW HANDSET AS A REPLACEMENT AND OBLIGED.
