in 10th july 1.11p.m Rs.14 has been deducted from my number 8640085502.I call customer care 11th JULY,they said that you have activated a service named yahoo cricket,that was FALSE,I said if I activate a service then I will get a sms from MTS,then where are the sms?they said they don’t know.I said I want my balance back,they said balance can not be refund,because,I am calling after 24hours.They should refund my balance if I inform them in 24 hours.so is it my fault that I have not check my balance every hour????
