I ordered for two casserole set from homeshop18 while watching the add on TV and the product was delivered on 3rd of this month.
While un packing the order, I found one of the casserole is damaged. Then and there I called the helpdesk number to get a replacement. I was promised 24-48hrs reveres pickup and replacement.
I waited till 5th july. I got a call from the concerned team to keep the faulty product and take 300/- cashback as they do not have the same product in store at that time. I denied and asked for a full refund. The person on call promised me a reveres pickup with 24-48hrs for the refund.
I waited till 7th july and called back again. Now this time, the call was escalated to supervisor Sourav, he promised me the same reveres pick up and refund with 24-48hrs.
I waited for till 9th July and called back. One more supervisor, Suvam spoke with me and now this time he promised me a 24hrs reveres pick up.
That did not happen as I call back on 10th, Supervisor Ravi, picked up the call and said, will be done in next 24hrs.
Now, that did not happen and I called back again and being said, this will happen in next 24hrs.
How many 24hrs needed for this? The representatives are extremely unwilling to listen and giving fake promises everyday whenever I call. They even were denying any documentation done by the previous representative or supervisor saying that was not improper.
Why are they harassing? They have no answer rather a script of “please next 24 to 48hrs and it will be solved. This is becoming a endless loop and no help.
