FRAUD AND CHEATING BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS

Sir,
I recharged my Reliance GSM No.7303883418 (Mumbai Circle) on the intervening night of 29 & 30 June 14 at 12.15 am by a special tariff voucher combo pack of Rs.296/-providing full talktime of Rs.296+300MB 3G data+local & national calls at 40 paisa per minute valid for 30 days. I checked this offer on the official site of reliance (www.rcom.co.in) under prepaid section. This recharge was done through ICICI mobile banking application (Ref No.BIL/000610265849/OXIGENPMR/917303883418 dated 30/06/2014).I contacted reliance customer care officer on 198 within 45 minutes of the recharge. He told that the recharge benefit will be credited in next 24 hours because there are some technical problems. I contacted the customer care on 198 again at 8.30 PM 0n 30 Jun 14.First he said that no recharge of Rs,296/-has been done on the said Mobile No but retracted his words later on and told that the benefit will be credited till 12 Midnight. I checked my mobile balance on 1st July 14 but the benefit was not credited. I tried to contact customer officer on 198 but i was put off from customer support. So I called customer support executive from other reliance mobile number. At first they were unable to sort out the issue so i told them to get me your senior online. I talked to their senior and after checking the details he told that the amount of Rs 296/-will be refunded back into my bank account within 48 hours. He registered my complain at about 9.20 AM on 01 Jul 14 under service request Ref No.222128971.I got a message from reliance on 02 Jul 14 at 5.48 PM saying that my SR No.222128971 has been processed. I checked my bank account details but the amount was not refunded. I got another message from reliance at 9.25 AM today on 03 Jul 14 that the offer benefit has already been updated into my account. I checked my mobile account details but no such benefit against the said recharge was updated. I contacted the customer care again on 198 at 2 PM on 03 Jul 14 and they told that neither the benefit nor the refund can be processed. They told me to visit the nearby Reliance customer support office and they only can sort this issue there. I went to Reliance customer support office near Metro cinema at Marine Lines on 04 July 14.I met Mr.Vishal there and told him the whole problem. He told that this recharge of Rs.296/- is not available online that is why I have not got the benefit. My question was that if this recharge is not available online then how come the transaction happened, this transaction should have been blocked by your side then. He again took lodged a complaint under service request No.222270802 on 04 July 14 at 3.25 PM and told that this issue will be solved in 48 hours. I received a message on 06 July 14 at 4.39 PM that my SR No. 222270820 has been processed. I checked my bank account and mobile details but neither the amount was refunded nor was the benefit credited into my mobile. I then called Reliance Appellate sectrait on 18602002011.They told me that my sim is a 3G dongle sim which can only be used only for data purposes and cannot be used for voice call purposes. My question here is that I am actively using this sim for voice and video calls from the time I have purchased it since last about three months. He again told me to visit the Reliance customer support office and get the services of the sim changed from there from Dongle to Normal Sim.I again went there on 07 july 14 at 4 PM.I met Mr.Vishal there and told him to change the services of my sim but he told that this change cannot take place from here. I again called reliance Appellate sectrait from there and told them that the Reliance support office is telling that the change of services cannot happen from their office. He told me to get him Mr.Vishal online.Mr.Vishal and the guy from the appellate sectrait had a talk in-between them. The first thing which Mr.Vishal told that appellate guy was that this sim was not showing 3G dongle sim when this customer came first to this office on 04 july 14 and now I donot know how it is showing 3G dongle sim here. After intimation from the Appellate guy Mr.Vishal sent a request through Email to head circle office regarding change of services and told me that he will get back to me on phone once they receive back the reply email from circle head but he has not yet contacted me. I told him to give me a copy of this mail which he sent but he negated saying that this is the internal communication.
So they have failed at every level to help me out with this problem and at every step they have lied to me orally and through messages. I got a call in the evening from Reliance head office Navi Mumbai saying that I have put a complaint on Consumer Forum.He told me that my complaint will be positively solved in next three days. I had put this complaint on ConsumerForum.in on 03 July 14 and I got a reply from Reliance customer team that they will get in touch with me and the next day the posted a comment on my reply that your issue has been resolved, cheers up. This all being a blunt lie.

    i read ur half comment , same thing happened with me , customer care is just for showpiece . they never help out and always the same comment ” sir 24 ghante me paise aa jayenge”.
