Regretfully this is to inform you that I have received your letter of offer cum acceptance for housing loan. The conditions of loan are not suitable for me and I am not accepting the terms and conditions. I also told your executive to no to agree the term , and refund my Advance.

Six months have gone till date I have not received the advance amount of Rs.5515/-

So, I am again requesting you to refund my advance or I will take the matter to consumer forms.
