Sir
I have placed the order of mobile phone online through AMAZON and received the order but it was not upto expectations. I did not receive data cable with my phone while it was mentioned on the packet. I had also made complaint regarding it on Amazon but did not got any satisfactory respond up to now. They are saying that there could not be any claim because product does not come with data cable. When it was written on packet that data cable is also ncluded in accessories then how they can deny to provide that!!

    The World class shopping website “Amazon” is doing Fraud with me. They providing the discounts in the Products all are Fake. I have faced the Big issue recently. I am sharing the details below:

    I was searching online deal for Laptop since few days. On 12 oct 2014 I was doing the same. I have Seen a ACER laptop in a very good discount were showing in Amazon. I have ordered for this Laptop. I have received the confirmation email for this order and delivery date were on 22 Oct 2014. I used my card to pay for the item. But After few hours I have received message for Cancelling the order. I have talked to Amazon they are saying there were Pricing error with this product by the seller. Who are the seller? I have ordered Amazon only I know Amazon and they are only the responsible for delivering my Product. What does this means, Amazon providing the discounts in their product any of them with Pricing error. How People can believe on Amazon. People should not believe on Amazon until they get the product in hand. Amazon can cancel any order any time..? This is totally unprofessional way they are doing.
    I have also tried to contact with Amazon and their Management team but always their executive sending emails such a template email. I want my product which I have ordered. Thanks.

    And why should i refuse, i have done advance payment.
    Still i didn’t get my payment.

    Amazon is a irresponsible organisation, I ordered for a power bank through amazon, it was supposed to be delivered through third party, which was never delivered, the vendor claims delivered, does not show any proof, amazon does not takes responbility and repeats the same things instead of refund. My order I’d was Re: Your Amazon.in A-to-z Guarantee Claim (Order 403-7394005-5138766). Please ensure that you never by any product on amazon which is not delivered by amazon , I.e., third party directly delivering . You may end up losing your money, amazon lifting it’s hand.

    I purchased two items, including Jaipan JJRM-900 1000-Watt Jumbo Roti Maker, which I received as broken into pieces.

    Later I returned the item through our local courier (instructed by Amazon customer Care) at your office.

    Here the fact is, Courier charges applied 800INR, where I received only 100INR from you.

    My question is it was not our fault, then why we have to bear extra amount from our pocket. Why you are unable to return the complete amount of courier charges?

    As your loyal customer, it was not expected from your side.

  6. I placed an order for Lenovo s660 smart phone on 25 January and during this period there was HDFC 10% cashback offer was there with terms and condition. The condition was if you will use Mobile app then only you will receive cashback. At first I placed the order without reading the condition and when I gone through the all terms and conditions then I cancelled the order. After that I installed mobile app and then placed a different order for the same product. As per their terms, on 26 April, I was eligible for cashback but not received till now. I contacted with HDFC bank, they told that during this period there was no offer. then i contacted with amazon.in, they told that definitely you will receive the cashback but it will take time. Again I contacted with amazon customer care on 19 June 2015, They told you are not eligible for this cashback because you placed the order using browser. But I told no I used the mobile app and the order which I placed using browser that I already cancelled. I also provided the cancelled order number. But they told as we misguided you so for consolation, we will give 250 rs gift card, but you will not receive any cashback.

    I thought amazon is world class shopping site, but they are cheating customers. Even they are misguiding customers. I am a regular online user and I purchased many things from different sites but never happened like this. Now I am fearing to use Amazon. Please beware from Amazon. They are doing fraud.

    I’ve ordered Redmi 2 (Grey) smartphone on line through Amazon online shopping service. But their courier service Name “GATI ” Courier service is very poor, rude behavior and irresponsible. I have not seen in my life such as waste irresponsible courier service. He told me that goods can not deliver in my pin code 495454. I’ve ordered goods at this address many times from Amazon. My pin 495454 is listed in product available categories. But Lower grade “GATI ” courier service is no sense in giving delivery to the customer’s goods, where as my stuff is prepaid. While Amazon, I was often ordered goods in same postcode. At that time “Fedx” The best courier service was deliver my goods in due times at the same pin code at my home. Amazon is the worst site, they don’t care customers goods .My stuff handed over to the worst courier service like GATI. Amazon has disappointed me so much. Now I will not ever a deal with Amazon.

    I would strongly recommend amazon, for “DO NOT BUY”. they provide the worst service ever. This is not based on my first experience. I fell the company is run by the carrier guys.

    I placed 1 order with amazon & its still not delivered but rather sent back to the seller without intimating me. After placing an order with amazon, i placed 3 different orders with flipkart & i have received all 3 packages.

    When i called up the customer service, i was assured i will get the package by Saturday (25 July’15).
    This was sent to me by the customer service team.

    The company who doesn’t value its customers is no company to be surviving in the market. Thanks to Flipkart, snapdeal myntra & other e-commerce companies. Amazon is one of the oldest so it is surviving but with the kind of services amazon provides, the END is not far.

    The online shopping website amazon doing fraud with me. They provided broken things which ate hided by another packing. Even the packing was very worst and guaranty card also very dirty. I have talked to amazon, they said it all be replaced with in 2 day but after 3 days also there is no mail and phone from them. Then I called for enquiry, they said it will take minimum 15 days.     I have received the handset but not get the invoice (Purchase Bill).I have already complaint for the invoice through customer care calling and mail.
    customer care provided me such date like 3-4 Working days.
    Till now i am not getting the invoice.
    I have sent a lot of mails to amazon team.
    But till now they have not send my invoice of Nokia 105.
    I am using the new handset without invoice.

    I also purchased one lenovo A rock star 319 mobile in Amazon on 13th june… I was not satisfied as I expected then I returned the mobile on 16th June…from Amazon billing dept telling that ur refund was initiated on 17th June…but till now I didn’t get my fefund amount… So many times I asked in a bank but nothing is there.

    amazon is getting worst day by day with its promised delivery. dint receive my product even after the delivery date is completed 2 days back it self.

  18. Hu Bharat Prajapati in Ahmedabad. Maine amezon saw on the Samsung Mobile Pay Cash Via amazon gift card 25% cash back. So I bought 2 mobile phone Samsung Galaxy E 5. Before buying, I call at least 4-5 in AMAZON calling the offer was confirmed Kuhhone told me about this offer is right. You will find both mobile on the gift card inside that too within 21 days. Today, it has over 2 months but still I did not get a gift card. One thing I bought the phone was called at that time the price of 15990 / – was then 2 days later the price of the phone

They told me on August 6 on your gift card has been sent to your email in my yahoo mail Czech are also called Customer Care brother told me that he was no match was no match. I kindly request you to give us some time and we will surely resolve this issue for you.”

    This product is still available on your site, and you say that we are unable to obtain it and cancel my product??? How ridiculous is this, that you have the audacity to say that kindly place the order again and buy it for a higher price…

    I would have not reacted if there was a genuine scenario for the product to not be delivered, but this is just ridiculous. All my trust for Amazon is lost with this and I shall spread this around so that no one else is duped in a similar manner and they don’t purchase from this site.

    I placed an order for SanDisk Ultra 32GB USB Pen Drive during the Mega Sale from 13th to 17th Oct…. with a deal price of Rs.694/- (The MRP quoted was Rs.1599/-), so the total discount was 57% …… It was a lucrative offer and I ordered it along with Sony MDR-ZX110 Stereo Headphone…..with a deal Price of Rs.885/- (The MRP Quoted was Rs.1390/-), means a total discount of 36%…..

    I got the shipment on time and in good condition alright, but when I checked the printed MRP of both these products, I was surprised and amused to find the rate difference….. The SanDisk Ultra 32GB USB Pen Drive “printed MRP” is Rs.1499/- and the Sony MDR-ZX110 Stereo Headphone “Printed” MRP is 990/- …… Does this mean that Amazon inflates their MRP prices during the sale period and offer pseudo discounts on the products ??? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A FRAUD

    Amazon is selling products falsely by promising great discounts, but the fact is they are cheating customers, by inflating the prices…..I would have never ordered the products if I knew about the actual MRP’s and the actual discounts.

    This is my first Buying experience from Amazon .
    I placed a order vide no .404-3021153-2989168 on 28.12.15 & got intimation from Amazon that they have attempted to deliver on 31-12-2015 but no one is available to collect the same .
    But the fact is no one has really come at my billing address i.e my office nor did I got any call from them.
    on 1.1.16 again I called you since morning & every time I ot assurance that I will receive it. I have waited till 8.30 p.m in the evening just to receive the product but after contineouly follow up I came to know that all the customer care executives like Rinkesh R ,Vishal K , & so on gave me the fake assurance.
    I have planned for this Mobile to gift my wife on New Year but all my plan go in vain.
    I did not expect such a bitter experience from you .
    The product may be deliver on next day but the moment will never come nor do you can arrange it .

  28. I am a customer deceived by online shopping site “www.amazon.in”. I had made a purchase of 8 items with amazon.in vide order no.-403-5222681-8152313 on 17th december 2015 for which I made a payment in single transaction for all the products.One of the product was a mobile phone i.e YU YUPHORIA on cyanogen (Buffffed Steel, 16GB) for Rs. 8499.00, whose expected delivery date was 23 december 2015-28 december 2015. I received the 7 products which also included the accessories of the above mentioned mobile phone- A tempered glass and a flip cover, before the arrival of the prime product. The expected delivery date of 28th december 2015 passed but I never received the mobile phone.On enquiring with the call centre representatives I was being told that the rating of the seller is poor and all the rubbish talks to put all the blame on me i.e the customer that it was my fault to order such a product.The representatives never allowed me to talk to their superiors and higher authorities just so as to know the reason of such a vague answer and response.They had put my call on hold for minutes and hours but never made me talk to the executives.
    Later on I was told that seller is not willing to send the product and hence amount can be refunded back to me.I was furious over it and told them that I didn’t place an order for refund, so was want the product at any cost as I had promised my daughter to gift it on the new years eve.But yesterday i.e on 2nd January 2016 I was saddened to know that without any prior information or intimation, I was refunded back the money through the same mode which was being used for payment.
    A wave of grief ran into me knowing that I was being cheated by the so called reputed company “Amazon”. I felt insulted and deceived. I called them up to know the reason of such a conduct. I told them that I am in need of the product and also that those accessories that had arrived before the arrival of the phone shall become useless and meaningless without the mobile phone.The vague and baseless explanations given by the call centre representatives made me go social and vocal about the issue on public platform.
    Today its 3rd January 2016 and I am continuously making attempts to get those accessories returned and get my money refunded. On calling the call centre representatives I was being offered an amount of Rs. 200/- only for those accessories.However, the price of the accessories totals to Rs. 278 along with the shipping charges (Tempered Glass-140.00 & Flip Cover-138.00).
    I was really not interested in getting the refund as I wanted the phone but now I see no point having my amount struck in there as I need to buy a new phone for my daughter as early as possible.
    I am really wanting to show the real side of these online shopping sites as Amazon and likes so that other customers don’t get trapped in the web spread by them. I seek an apology and compensation/ indemnification for the financial & emotional loss that I suffered due to the order that I placed with amazon.in. Not just the refund of Rs.278 but also the opportunity cost of Rs. 200 along with it is demanded to cover the loss.
    So, I request you to investigate and look into the matter as soon as possible.

    I want to complain about the business malpractices of amazon india. On January 7th I placed an order no(#404-4742306-8665967) of OSter OTG with them, for which the payment was made via amazon gift card plus credit card which was charged for which I have the necessary proofs as well as the date of shipping was confirmed. Even call to customer care executive Anitha A confimed the order & told me about its confirmation. But today to my horror I was got a mail that order has been cancelled & told me that  payment of CC was refunded. After talking to customer care again, I was told that payment was not done. How come payment was not done when the system is itself saying that payment refund is initiated. That means their systems are flawed & customer care people are irresponsible.

    I had bought this item to give as a gift & today I m nowhere.

    These guys are really fraudsters.

    I have the all the necessary proofs mail, feedback mail, confirmation from amazon to confirm my evidence.

    My order number 402-5452577-1045133, I request someone takes notice of this issue and take action against Amazon company which is fooling consumers with the promise of 1 day delivery with additional charges.I placed the order for transcend player on 28th Jan 2016 and paid addtnl 100 rs for 1 day delivery for special occasion, now its 1st Feb and still they are not able to deliver even though the order is in the courier office of the destination city.I have chased they repeatedly and they are unable to provide me any help even after calling them 8 to 9 times from last 3 days.This is ridiculous and insane service given by such a big brand like Amazon.Never expected such a disgusting service and I request everyone to think 10 times before placing the order with Amazon as they so easily fool customers.They will ruin your special occasion and even they dont refund the additional amount you pay for 1 day delivery.
    Kindly someone please look into this horrible disgusting company and take the needful action.

    I have a replacement order of HP laptop and the delivery date was 1-4 march 2016 but still I have not received .There is no satisfactory answer from costumer care. Everyday they are giving false promises.Now I have lost trust on Amazon India.

    And 03.03.2016=2000

    Total from 26.01.2016 to 12.03.2016
    Gift card in my account is =11100.

    From 26.01.2016 to 12.03.2016 purchase item is following

    SanDisk memory card 32 gb= 559
    SanDisk memory card 8GB =170
    Tempered glass Apple =228
    Samsung galaxy on 5 cover and
    Strontium memory card 16gb and
    SanDisk memory card 8gb =627
    Coolpad note payment =2792

    Total purchase is =4376.

    Where is my Left 6724 gift card balance.
    Currently gift card balance show 000

    Where is gone my gift card balance.
    Amazon said we not received any payment.
    and said we can not any help regarding it.

  35. Amazon India — Feeling Helpless after placing an order at Amazon.in

    I am an old and loyal customer to amazon and this is to inform you that Amazon services have been degraded severely in past few months.

    First let me explain you the current case,
    An order was placed by me on 4th of March 2016 for a “Moto G Turbo” with Order# 403-6339598-7006750. The order was supposed to be shipped by 10th of March 2016.

    The product hasn’t been left from the seller till now and we we try to communicate with the customer care, the executives via call just put my calls on hold and leave it. I have been kept on hold for at least half an hour and this has happened more than 3 times with me. Those who don’t put me on hold say that wait for 24-48 hours, this has happened at least 4 times and still the product hasn’t moved from its original place. At the end when i demanded to talk with the floor manager, he talked to me in a demeaning tone and bluntly said nothing can be done for next 4 working days.

    I Buy Redimi 2 Prime from Amazon , 5 month back., and suddenly while using whats up , phone discharge. Problem with device so send phone to service center (Jaipur) to check issue as phone was under warranty. But its Extremely disappoint by service center, as they keep phone for 8 days and they pull some water on mother broad and tell that there water gone inside phone and they cannot repair or replace it. It shown very cleary they are cheating customer by doing such false activities.

    i have purchase san-disk memory card 16 GB product was 10 year replacement warranty from san-disk company. when i call san-disk for product replacement they ask for details i haven given product details but they said that ( sir your product is not genuine) so we cannot proceed with your complain. please contact the person from were you purchase it. the Amazon seller have send me a fake & non genuine san-disk memory card, when i call san-disk customer care and ask for replacement they told we have send your complain to seller they contact you and will replace the product. but from 4 day they didn’t call me or wont try contact me.
    Then again i call Amazon customer care the same word they use for me ( sir we have send your complain to seller they contact you and will replace the product). i ask when they will call me and we have raise the complain sorry sir apart from this we cannot do anything.
    So please guys dont buy product from Amazon they disspoined me

    Respected sir I have ordered for a bedsheet product from amazon.com website , which was paid by me on the time of ordering on date 13-06-2016, but till date not recieved by me and the website shows it delivered on saturday 18-06-2016 , after that i had an enquiry to the company and they provided assurance that it will be refunded but after one day they emailed me like this :Greetings from Amazon.in.

    I have ordered one mobile on 14th June that order has canceled due to some technical issues,

    again i have placed the ordered for same Samsung Galaxy J7 SM-J700F (Gold) on 17th, but till now (23/7/2016)i did’t received any update,(Till now that sealer is having stock) and that 1st order amount also i have not revived.

    other than one more order i have placed for mobile cover,and i have received but fully damage condition,and your team have confirmed today 11 Hr’s to 14 Hr’s courier person will collect the damage product for replacement but he did’t collected,

    i am sending daily mails also i am spending around 4 hrs for following this

    so i need this three items, also total amount i need back is it possible to get from amazon,

    because i have not received any solution for this form amazon also i have communicated around 32 mails i waited 10 days for this,so some one need to be tack care of customers but amazon is not tacking care of customers if you hear my all calls you know that.

They basically express concern every moment, and works nothing. they always make fake promise, play game on the query of status of orders. When it works, it is good, once worse, they dont help at all.

Amazon announced my name as Winner of OnePlusThree Mobile and then on July 6th sent a link that the mobile was shipped to wrong address in Chennai and to rectify they have a Social Media team which would fix this issue since then till today have followed up by Email, Call and on Twitter however Amazon has always responded stating Some internal team in looking into it, working on it and Escalation Team will contact you and fix it. My efforts are all futile. If Amazon has announced in Public and sent email and confirmed as a Promotion or Advertising they should promptly and honestly give the declared Prize but looks like I am cheated now. I have all screen shots email conversations with me. Please help Amazon India deliver my promised One plus Three Winners mobile.

  47. I’m finally forced to resort to social media since no other way has worked. I received a faulty phone and complained about it for the same on 19th Aug 2016. Since that day, today is the 28th Aug no one has come to pickup the faulty phone. Also till now I was expecting a replacement now they have said on the 28th Aug that no replacement will be done, it will be a refund. And now i will have to re-order the phone again. For 10 days now i have been without a phone, and even after if pickup is done in some future time i will not get the new phone. It will take a few days to refund (from the time of pickup) and then i will have to go through the same process of buying a new phone and getting it delivered. That will be another 10 days. So for minimum 20 days i will without a phone. WHY ? WHY CAN’T AMAZON GIVE ME A NEW PHONE AND TAKE AWAY THE FAULTY PHONE AT THE SAME TIME ? WHY IS AMAZON HARASSING ME ?

    On 04.08.2016 through AMAZON I have ordered Xifo 4G, 5′ inch mobile with 21Mpix Camera, 4GB RAM, 64 GB internal memory smart phone Black colour. But on 10.08.2016 I have received XYTEL mobile with inferior quality product, very next day I have complained to AMAZON they given me bogus address of Seller.
    When with address I have approached Indian postal department and DTDC courier and First flight Courier none ready to receive the product due to bogus address. Same thing I have conveyed to Amazon but till date they have not solved problem.

    I am also a worried customer.
    I ordered some watches through deal of the day for gifting to others and received only dead watches. None of them were working.
    I just ignored to send them back thinking it is time wasting.
    Recently my wife order a watch throgh deal of the day ad she also faced the same fate.
    My sincere advise is that donot buy anything through deals as amazon,s deal of the day is removing/ selling scraps.

    I have orderd lenovo phone from amazon, got it delivered, but didnt liked the look and feel of it, when i contacted amazon that i want to return my product, they said, this is not possible coz of there some new rule.
    I dnt get, if we are ordering some thing online, we definelty have the option of returning it back, if we do not like it.
    That clearly means we should only buy clothing from amazon not the electronics.
    Guys pls be aware to buy electronics from amazon as they will refuse to return it.

    I want to highlight certain things.
    I am a seller in amazon. And my brand registry has been approved and also I have applied for TM some days ago.

    Here I am spending time to list my products, spend some money to advertise them, spend some money to boost my sale.

    But when the product become popular some fake sellers are coming and selling my brand without my authorization.

    While asking the seller support team, they are telling we cant prevent them as you dont have TM certificate with you. As everyone know tm certificate would take much time to reach, in that time any seller can sell your product.

    That is insane. ridiculous that you are supporting bad practice in amazon India.

    I am spreading this news so that every buyer comes to amazon can have a better understanding what is going on in amazon India. so he can be wise enough to choose products.

Ordered a tv on may 15th , made online payments…tv got delivered in 5 days…remote was missing…so they took back the whole tv set…then they reordered anothet tv…which was supposed to be delivered in another 7 days…and today I was supposed to get the delivery finally…but they informed that the tv is undeliverable….and on calling customer support..they told that now they will initiate a refund……so its been about 15 days…too long to wait for a tv…nd I dint get any refund confirmation….I feel cheated nd frustrated…are these guys thugs….really disgusting for a company with such a big name..

    my exp. till date with amazon is very bad. i never get the right size which i choose. n always get the delivery in morning but till 4 pm it not updated in your system that product has been delivered. and when i call to replace the item to customer care from your side it is like product is not being delivered. system is also very slow. whenever i call you it takes at least 1 hr to solve the issue please improve your service as well as system

    My order number 408-6305987-4584361, I request someone takes notice of this issue and take action against Amazon company which is fooling consumers with the promise of 1 day delivery with additional charges.I placed the order for transcend player on 20th Dec 2017 and paid addtnl 100 rs for 1 day delivery for special occasion, now its 22nd of dec 2017, and still they are not able to deliver even though the order is in the courier office of the destination city.I have chased they repeatedly and they are unable to provide me any help even after calling, This is ridiculous and insane service given by such a big brand like Amazon.Never expected such a disgusting service and I request everyone to think, before placing the order with Amazon as they so easily fool customers.They will ruin your special occasion and even they dont refund the additional amount you pay for 1 day delivery.
    Kindly someone please look into this horrible disgusting company and take the needful action.

    The very first thing I would like to know is that since when amazon has
    started selling the used and tempered product in name of sale and exiting
    price. I had this doubt in mind that how the e-commerce site manage to give
    such exciting price, Unfortunately I came to know when my IPhone 6
    408-6130044-8397961 purchased from Amazon.in in august sale got switched
    off all of a sudden within 7 months of purchase.

    At first I thought that it is a electronic device and this can happen so to
    claim the warranty I visited the nearest Apple service center 250kms from
    my place. And to my surprise I came to know from the service center that
    the phone was tempered and parts are not genuine. I literary fought with
    them stating this can’t be and in response they provided me a written
    document.

    Now the real harassment begins when I contact the so called “earths most
    customer centric” company’s customer support every single time I call I
    get a next date for update and it is not less than 7days or 5days and if I
    get angry the associate gets more angry however as my amount of
    Rs.23,999.00 is stuck so I have bear it and have to hold my nerve every
    time I am scolded, because now I am at your mercy as the Iphone officials
    has clearly mentioned that as the device is tempered we won’t provide any
    service not even paid services.
    Now its been nearly one and a half month from my first call to amazon on
    3rd April, that I am contacting Customer service and I have not come across
    any representative that even tried to help the only thing I received is
    dates. I assume that even the cases in the court might not receive these
    many dates.

    I don’t how much of help it will prove in reaching out to the escalation
    team.

    It is enough now, I really don’t care what your procedure is what your
    policies are to harass the customer to this extent because being polite and
    being within the limits does not seem to help me it is just encouraging you
    people to harass me more.

    I am going to put the copy of the letter provided by the Apple service
    center on every known social media platform to let the people know that
    Amazon not only sells used products but also stands by it and does not care
    for their customers money, time and feelings.

    It is a humble request that kindly help me with the proper and appropriate
    resolution give me a replacement or give me my mony back and please It is
    genuine request don’t give me dates.
