Wrong Billing Charges

Hi,

I am Narendra, I have using Vodafone service since 3-4 years and facing wrong billing charges issues in previous 4-5 months. Vodafone service provider charging me extra charges in every month by some unknown services like shotformat_Download9, wapvilla,Ditto_TV etc. I don’t know what’s this and how these services activated on my numbers automatically? When I don’t know about these services these are useless for me.
I have complaints to Vodafone customer care in many times regarding the same but still I am facing these issues. Now I am fed up with Vodafone services. I am sure i paid 40% extra charges more then uses in every months. I don’t want to pay bill this time .

Please help me out.
