improper service and behavior towards the customer

i have been using the xolo smarphone. suddenly it malfunctioned, after(which took a very long time) service, the sim tray was not there in the phone. upon asking about the sim tray, the employee replied in an unconvincing manner. also after few days of service , the same problem started again.
