Not getting any message on international roaming

This is Mohammad shabab from Kuwait my mobile no is 9008689029.
I am a user of Airtel network and am living in Kuwait and am using my this number
for internet banking.Can you please tell me why am not getting any message on my number
is my number is deactivated?
