We would like to draw your kind attention to the followings: –

1) Airtel has offered us a plan on 10.06.2014 under portability. Subsequently their representative approached us numbers of times.
2) We were advised by Airtel to settle the A/c of our existing Service provided (Vodafone) by way of cash and also instructed us to Port out from our existing service provider. The Port No. (UPC) provided to us by the existing service provider was forwarded to Airtel on 17.06.2014 for activating our lines.
3) We accepted their offer vide our letter dated 17.06.2014 and handed over all necessary documents as required by them.
4) Thereafter following SIM Card bearing no. were handed over to us.

5) Airtel has not activated our lines till now inspite of our repeated reminders.

We are therefore compelled to write to you to take appropriate actions in the matter as we feel this is gross breach of trust.
