Service is not given

I had purchase mobile model no .A210 in dec. 2103 on that time the mobile is not work properly on may 2014 the mobile stop working permanently i contact the customer care in M/s Service Zone Tele Center, Rajnagar, Gzb. on 19-05-2014. the mobile is un serviced yet . agin i contect their customer care unit on customer care number:18605008286 the given me 10 to 15 days time in three time but i cant get my mobile yet please do needfull with us
