Hi,I am prateek singh and i have a complaint againt a company called ledcoder
company in delhi .I have given them Rs.3000 for work from home purpose.
They gave me a offer which goes like this “Led Coder provides PDF file,
You just see and type it in MS-WORD according to guidelines provided by company .
Within 15 days you have to type 350-450 pages and company will pay
Rs.15, 000 per assignment. For more information visit:- www. ledcoder.com”
I did the same as they have told but after 15 days when i completed my work
firstly i didn’t got any response after the day of submission.
Secondly,I have called them so many times but they have neglected my calls.

Its not only me ,they have cheated many people from different states by taking
Rs.3000 from them.This company is playing from there emotions.I want to file

Led Coder is totally a fraud company. I have paid Rs. 3500/- to get offline typing work from them. They send me pdf file containing 755 pages (ebook on SQL Server which is easily available on the internet) and as per my experience there is no need to convert it from PDF to DOC. Ye log bebkuf bana rehe hain. Required Accuracy level is 98% which is not possible for anyone in this world. Please do not join any company which ask for the registration payment in advance before work.
Following is the Agreement of LedCoder which they don’t disclose to anyone before joining. Read the same very carefully :

Terms & Conditions (For Home Based Work Only)
1. Client shall pay Rs. 3000/- as registration fee and Rs. 500/- for documentation fee.
2. Registration fees is refundable after two assignments (condition apply) and documentation fees is not refundable.
3. This Registration shall remain valid till the next eight months from the date of starting of actual live commercial production and mutual relations. After the completion and review of the performance and mutual relation, the same contract can be extended and renewed as desired by both the parties.
4. FINANCIALS
Total working days: 15 calender days(Rs. 18000/-)
5. PAYMENT SECURITIES:
If client delivers the processed work as desired by him/her with 98% accuracy. The Company will pay 25% advance in next assignment.
6. PAYMENT:
Payment of billing will be made after 7-10 commercial days of work submission reports.
7. QUALITY CHECKING:
Quality check report will be provided within 7-10 working days of the submission of the data transmitted in previous lot.
8. ACCURACY
Client agrees to deliver processed work with 98% accuracy. Otherwise deduction will be made as…
Between 95%-92%- 10% Between 87%-85%- 40%
Between 92%-90%- 20% Between 85%-80%- 50%
Between 90%-87%- 30% Between 80%-75%- 70%
9. CHANCES
If accuracy level is below 75%, no payments will made to Client for that lot/month work and the Company will not gave any work in further months to client.
10. a) In any case client doesn’t submit the work according to the instruction (Given by company) (OR)
(b) The due date, time & incomplete
Then company will terminate the client account without any notice and will not issue work further & security money will be forfeited by company.
11. If the client uses OCR converter or any other software (for the typing work) then company have to cancel your registration fees without any notice.
12. In case Company is unable to get work from the PRINCIPAL Company then the Company will give 15% compensation to Client equal to work of particular period at the time of final settlement of contract period.
13. No modification of the term & conditions shall be valid unless it is written and signed by both the parties.
14. *100% Registration fee Refundable in that case if achieve the accuracy level above 98% for continues 2 assignments.
15. Any dispute arising out of this term & conditions during the contractual period would be dealt within the jurisdiction of the competent courts at NEW DELHI. -
I agreed. Led Coder and Data Typing is a same company and fraud.

They never give you money. They are fraud. Salo ko jail main band kar dena chahiye jo is tareh se grib logon ka paisa loot rahe hain.

So many people have written same things that I am speechless. I have also become a victim. Today only I got an email from them stating same lame reason that my work accuracy is not 98% hence they will not pay anything and are cancelling my account. I really have nothing to new to say. Very depressed right now.

I have also become a victim. But I guess we all need to take some action against this, its not about the 3500 registration fee which we all have paid its about making innocent people fool. I have the address of the company from which an employee contacted me and told me about the work.
The people staying in Delhi should visit this place if they have spoke to any employee of Helixo technology visit Nehru Place. -
