i placed an order with Flipkart last night under COD and the product was supposed to be delivered in the next couple of days. today when i tried to track the status, it showed canceled and when i contacted customer support 3 diff members of flipkart gave 3 diff reasons for cancellation without informing me at all.

finally one guy who called, said i need to place an order again and if i need the delivery tomorrow then an additional INR 90 to be paid. The question is first it was not my fault for the order to be canclled and no one had a clue of why this happened and then you have the odasity to ask for additional monies for the order to be processed the next day.

Customer Support at Flipkart sucks bigtime and i would not recommend anyone to buy products from this portal anymore.
