I purchased a watch Casio Edifice, model : EF-130D-1A2VDF, as on 27/07/13 at kolkata Avani mall. It is till now within warranty period. The lock of the crown was not working, I went to the service center addressed from their warranty card : “Capital Electronics, 12 Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kolkata-700013, Ph: 033-22280091, 033-22285857” , and they told me that, “they can not give support duo to the parts unavailability from company side(casio)”. I already mail to them. Now they reply back that the “case pipe” is missing due to mishandling so they don,t give warranty support, I have to pay for this. But this watch is used by me only with very carefully, and the parts (case pipe) is situated inside watch, it is the internal parts, until unless the case pipe rusts it could not be broken. But as per their specification the watch (case/bezel) is made with stainless steel. What I have to do now ?
