I am using Vodafone 2G internet Post paid Corporate User Group Connection. I am having 150 Monthly rental and 125 Rs 1 GB 2G internet connection. The internet is very slow and is unresponsive most of the times. My residence is 7E/1H Soorah Cross Lane, Phoolbagan Trikon Park, near Divine nursing home, Kolkata-700010. I have complained several times regarding internet connection being very slow, in my residential area. The Vodafone personal has visited my residence to check up the issue. But they have done nothing to rectify the same. I am facing a lot of trouble, as the moment i enter the phoolbagan area, my net does not connect at all.
Secondly ever since this 3G network has started, overall 2G connection is become worse and now the net does not connect even in Park Street Area, so that consumers are forced to switch to 3G and pay higher amount.
My complaint nos with Vodafone care are: 1450865448 and 1437618494
