Today after 1pm my channels are not coming. Contacted customer care thru mail and sms. Got no reply from company of my sms. In mail they told me to comlain in www.dishtv.in/email-us.aspx. but it is not working. Again I complained in customer care. They are telling me that they can not help me.. I spend time,money in contacting. Plz help. My vc no. Is 01514188830.

After changing my connection to HD in two months i changed 4 remotes HD channel not working past 15days no resulation from DishTV even past two day no channel working loged complaint yesturday 10Pm no one turned up till time one guy call and request another 24hrs to solve issue , very poor in service
Sad point 4 remote i paid and purchased
