I had taken data entry work from talk to me company, I have paid deposit amt 6000rs. Inthis work term was if u not achive accuracy level then deposit amt will refund. i had submit work on 05.02.14 after many days i have not received accuracy report nor any communication. many followup by mail i received answer manager is not able to cheque sign due to injury. suddenly i got called from Mr.Pillai on 15.04.14, for deposit refund cheque. but in cheque amt is 7250/-, this amt by mistake written by company, when i taken cheque that time i had give 1000rs cash. because my deposit amt is 6000rs. when i check cheque date, their is some correction in cheque date. then i called him. cheque date is 24.04.14, correction was in year 2013 to 2014.then i got call from mr.pillai on 23.04.14, and i return the cheque on 24.04.14, that time he had told me i will courier new cheque at your address. Problem is when i called him, his phone is most of switch off show and when he pick the call he give me different different reason. pls help me in this case. I had borrow deposit amt, i am only one earning person in my home. In agreement deposit will be refund 25 to 45 days but after 120 days i have not received my deposit amount or not received my 1000 cash. I have deposit receipt, agreement and also 7250rs. cheque copy. That person name is Mr.Pillai and contact number is 9173194368.
