THE BANK HAS CHEATED ME,BY SENDING ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEE TO MY HOME FOR OPEN AN ACCOUNT BUT THAT EMPLOYEE NAMED MR.ABHISHEK KR SINGH HAD GIVEN ME TOTALLY WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT SAVINGS A/C MAINTAING ,AFTERWARDS THE BANK HAS CUT OFF THE CHARGES AS MAB CHARGES ,WHEN I COMPLAINT TO THE BANK THEN BRANCH DEPUTY MANAGER HAD SAID TO ME THAT HE HAS NO TIME TO HEAR MY PROBLEM.FIRSTLY,BANK HAS CUT OFF THE MAB CHARGES THEN AFTER MY COMPLAINT THEY HAVE NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM, THEY HAVE ONLY RETURNED MY MAB CHARGES BUT AFTER TAKING 5 MONTHS IN THAT 5 MONTHS I SUFFERED A LOT ALSO HARRASED A LOT, SO I ASK THE BRANCH MANAGAR FOR THE COMPENSATION AND THE HARRASEMENT MONEY BUT THEY REFUSED TO ME ALSO MIS BEHAVE WITH ME.
I NEED MY HARRASEMENT MONEY BACK ,ALSO I NEED FROM THE BANK THAT TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEIR EMPLOYEEES WHO HAS CHEATED ME AND ALSO HARRASED ME .MY BRANCH ADDRESS IS 64 BARASAT ROAD,PO NONACHANDANPUKUR .
