NOT REPIRING MY SONY BRAVIA TV WHICH IS UNDER GUARNTEE

Respected Sir,

Myself Nilima Singh,a state banker, i have purchased sony Bravia 46″ TV Model no 32w600 serial no 4321231 in the month of Aug’13 from CROMA Store janakpuri New Delhi, but now its mother board is not working properly. I lodged the complaint for this on 18 june’14, my service request id is 19655961, which was assigned to jolly electronics world. then their engineer, Mr Amrit visit my place on 23 june and said that the mother board is not working properly, we have the part in our store i will bring it and repair the TV on on 26 june. So on 26 june when i called him he again assigned me another date that is 28 june. Then on 28 june when i called him he didn’t pick my call and blocked my number.
So i called to jolly electronics, ask them for that. They said that your request id is already closed as our engineer reported us that everything is perfectly ok and there is no problem in that TV. So after a long conversation they again send the same engineer at our place, he checked it and said that he brought wrong mother board. so he gave the another day i.e 29 june. when i called jolly electronics they also give me the same date again that is 29 june and confirmed me that our engineer surely come to you on 29 with the right part.

Today is 29th june i waited him since morning i didnt get any call or any engineer from the side jolly electronics. I called them 4 times from the morning. They gave me different time i.e after half an hour, after one hour etc, and the last time when i called him at 2:08 pm they told me that they dont have the part, they ordered him today and they will get him after 3-4 days.

Are you thinking it is fair with me? They got that part in 3-4 days but we are available only on sunday as me and my husband both are working , there is no one in the home.So it can be repaired on next sunday 6 july and that is also probably. You see its not working since 18 june and it will get repair on 6 july that is after 19 days. ITS A GOOD WAY TO MAKE CONSUMER FOOL. IT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE TO PURCHASE SONY PRODUCT.
