Faulty Mobile phone by Reliance Digital

Hi,

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note GT N7000 Mobile from Deccon Pune Reliance Digital, As the last mobile unit available there, I purchased it as the their salesman told that will give your phone full warranty as well as I purchased the ResQ plan to get additional warranty.
salesmen said they will repair the phone if not able to repair will replace it other one.

Now my phone is dead and it is with Reliance ResQ team for more then 15 days, No one telling when I will be get my phone back They always say will call you back in one hour but no reply , When I visit Reliance ResQ they tell the mobile part is not available and No idea when it will be gonna available.

I will say worst ResQ ever I had, Will never purchase anything from Reliance , at least big No to ResQ.

Please tell me how I can get my phone back or replace it other phone.
