I order an split AC ( Lloyd 1 Ton 5 Star LS13A5LN Split Air Conditioner) from Shopclues.com, they deducted money from account instantly and send me an old AC after a long waiting. whenever I called them for replacement they speak lie, sometimes do not receive call, some time put on hold for half an hour. sometimes they asking my bank account and PAN Number just sideline me. sometime promise that they will solve the issue with 24 hours but do not response in a week. when I put my feed back on the product they change the seller name (appliances king) and deleted my feedback. Kindly be aware from such fraud and fake company.
