Dear Sir,
I was purchased Sony Xperia Tipo ST21i handset in June 28th 2013 after one month mobile touch in not working and handover the instruments to service center as per seller advice and after that my handset repair for same problem more than five time in last 11 months.
Last time the service center executive told me your mobile having mother board and touch pad problem and they take more than 20 days for repair. they confirm me they replace the motherboard and touch pad and they handover instrument on 12th June,2014 but on 24th June, 2014 Mobile has same problem of no touch.
I think this mobile handset is faulty.
I would request to Sony Mobile to replace mobile or refund my money .
Please help me to solved this Issue.
