FLEECING ATTITUDE OF TATASKY SERVICE PROVIDER

HI,
I am extremely annoyed with the cheating policy of Tatasky.. I have been using tatasky for 2 years now(subscriber I.D 1086014725). On 16/6/2014 i found my antenna dangling from the hinges of its mount..hence I called up the call centre to send somebody to fix it..the technician Mr.Gajinder( mobl 9711563715) who came to fix the problem broke a screw himself of the antenna ..when asked what to do now..he said this would not harm the tv signal and went away..i was charged 200 for this…now a week later again the same problem is persisting because of the screw and on calling up tatasky call centre they said they would fix it but would again charge 200 for the same problem and that too caused by their technician…unwilling to pay for the charge tatasky is now coming up with their self laid rule of 7 days free service ‘theory’ of which I was not at all intimidated..
And tatasky call centre agent herself has accepted the wrong and cheating company policy..
It is extremely unfortunate that this service provider named TATASKY which is publicing its brand in such a big way is actually a untrustworthy and liar organisation who tries to fleece its customers..WOULD CAUTION EVERYBODY OF ITS CHEATING POLICY!!
