Complaint has not been resolved within promised time

Hi,

I have asked for closing my existing Reliance broadband connection.
Customer service told me that within 7 working days it will be closed. But it has been 14 working days and still waiting for connection closing.

The reference number of my connection closing complaint is 221425630.

    I have tried to call Reliance customer care service several times but not able to talk any representative.
    I also received a next month bill.

    Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    The issue is pending more than 20 days. I want to know how long it will take to resolve.
    I was promised that it will be resolved by 7 days.

    I also received next month bill which I’m not supposed to pay.

    I have not received any call from your customer service till now.

    It has been one month and still my complaint has not resolved. How long I have to write and call the customer service to resolve the issue.

    Now I want to register a complaint against Reliance broadband service as a cheat and fraud organisation as I am receiving the monthly bill without resolving my issue.

  5. It has been more than 45 days(which should be done within 15 days as per Reliance broadband executives). Still waiting for the final settlement.

    My connection has been closed. But the deposited money has not been refunded yet.

    One executive once called me 3-4 days back and promised that finance team will connect my within 48 hours for final settlement and another executive visit my home to take the device(router) back.

    Executives are so fraud & cheat that every time they promise to resolve the issue and every time they doesn’t care to keep their promises.

    I want some suggestion so that I can take legal step against Reliance broadband as a fraud and cheat organisation. Because I can’t wait life long for their final settlement.
