delay in repair

i deposited my micromax phone on 2 nd june 2014 at the laxmi nagar service center of micromax (the phone was not reading my memory card) and their representative assured me a return date within 7-10 days. Now its has been 26 days but still the service centre people have no idea of how many more days you people are going to take.They always keep increasing the due date by 5-7 days.And it is still in the warranty period.
