I made an order with an online shopping site “WWW.SNAPDEAL.COM” on 7th of May 2014, then due to some size problem I asked them to return the product, which as a consumer we can do within some stipulated time. I made a retrun request within that time frame, they arranged the return pick up from me on 12th of May 2014. My ORDER No. was “2067428259” and disputed amount was of INR 699. Everytime I contact their customer support, they are telling me that we are initiating your refund request but nothing is being done till now. This issue should have got resolved in maximum 15 days but it has got stretched to almost 2 months now and still unresolved. Very poor customer support they are having and making fake promises on the website regarding their Return and Refund policies. Please take some action on urgent basis.
